"New roads open when we walk them." Friedrich Nietzsche
Thank you once again for your continued support and for the confidence that you have placed in us.
Once again, we invested in research. This year, we started two projects involving the health of children. In cooperation with Prof. Ehab Ragaa MD and Prof. Adel Hashish MD of the National Research Center in Cairo, Department Children with Special Needs, we evaluate the environmental burden of autistic children and their healthy siblings. Furthermore, we compare the children’s individual metal burden with their individual and natural detoxification ability. Trace Minerals International evaluates, free of charge, the metal content of blood and hair samples of the autistic group and their healthy siblings, and the Institute for Pharmacogenetic and Genetic Disposition analyzes the Glutathione-S-Transferases, also free of charge.
Trace Minerals International also supports a research project of the University Nigeria, which also evaluates the metal burden of 50 Nigerian autistic patients. We test blood and hair samples free of charge.
In addition, we financially support our local climbing school and our music school.
Please note that this year, as all the years before, we work for you during the holiday season. We accept and process samples on all normal working days. While we are not closing, delays can be expected. E-mails are answered even after hours.
We wish you Happy Holidays and A Happy Healthy New Year.
From all of us at Trace Minerals International Laboratories.
